I've gotten the old database and images.

So I think I'll try and merge the two, but it'll take a bit of time. I can release a version without any IPs and mod data as well, but I'll need to read a bunch of docs to figure out how to do this on sqlite3

Likewise he's sent me the login to change the DNS of 4taba.net but he's taken it down now so I dunno if I'm going to do anything with this or not...

Seriously, just use sqllite browser. For whatever reason, I've found the design of any database program I've ever used to be awful. The aforementioned is pretty bad as well, but it's okay once you get around some stumps.

Sqlite Studio is considerably better than the Browser. Try it.

Great advice.

Images should be up in a few hours. Server is downloading the image archive worth of 6gb of data.

The following is various versions of the database:
shitaba - redacted 4taba.db :: http://games.kissu.moe/shitaba%20-%20redacted%204taba.db
shitaba - redacted taba2.db :: http://games.kissu.moe/shitaba%20-%20redacted%20taba2.db
shitaba - redacted combo.db :: http://games.kissu.moe/shitaba%20-%20redacted%20combo.db

There will be some issues with thread creation until I do more database cleaning

no more issues

It looks like the merge overwrote some old threads such as scribble/1 with some threads made on this site.

that's the complicated part of merging them together.

I still have the taba2 and 4taba databases so I think I'll run another merge with the differences being given new numbers

Finally redirected 4taba onto this server so it's official now. If anyone were to say that 4taba is back up again this would not be false

4taba.net is still 502ing for me.

i guess some setups don't forget the old as easily

I think that 4tabamin needs to tell cloudflare it's not being used anymore so it can tell people still winding up on the 502 page that it's no longer needed...

I'm also trying out a new server config option for handling the memory leak 500 issue. I think 4tabamin had an option checked which runs out of control. The dev's docs had reported a certain DB option would imitate memory leak so I changed it.

Woah, baka alert everyone, guess who. My host file was pointing 4taba.net to the old ip. Anyone else 502ing, that's probably your issue, you fucking IDIOT.

Anonymous 2020-01-29T12:49:50
There was a huge thread about it...

if site goes down again I'll make my hack fix of scheduling server restarts and test locally

found the issue.
When a page is loaded for the first time it remains in memory. Accessing pages on the site causes it to break over time.
I'll put in my hack fix until I put the time in to see how to do a real fix
