I personally don't really care. Nobody seems to be upset so far.
But I still think it might be best to have the untitled boards not show up on /all/. Maybe they should have their own sort of equivalent, like /untitled/. So if someone really wants all the boards they could do >>/all+untitled/ or something.

But I too agree that imagedump boards are bad, as imageboards are for discussions, with images being a bonus feature.
