Considering CloudFlare's particular way to conduct their business (block Tor without asking, do a MitM against HTTPS) is such that you could instead assume they're trying to fuck the Web up on purpose and still get a surprisingly accurate model of their behaviour; and considering that their business model is essentially the same as a protection racket's; do you think they're launching their own DDoS attacks against big sites in order to persuade them of the necessity of hiring their services, or do you think there's enough DDoSs going on already that they haven't had the need to do that yet?
