I wonder if it might have something to do with cloudflare since it looks like there has been a lot of errors where it tries to get the HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP header.

Ok, it's definitely due to cloudflare sending blank IPs. I have no idea why it would be doing that.
I'll see if I can resolve it soon, if not maybe I'll just end up removing cloudflare.
