What are you reading right now?
I'm reading Otaku no Musume, Doubutsu no Kuni, and Bonnouji.

I ended up reading Sket Dance after leaving it off for years. I had it confused with Air Gear in my head, for some reason. It was actually pretty well done, even if it did seem like the author lost interest in the story halfway through.
Now I'm reading Ookami Shouen wa... and it's fun, very cute!

so I went and checked out Bonnouji and it turns out I read it a while back, but didn't remember. What chapter are you at?

Just started.
Chapter 4.
Someone on 4/a/ mentioned it was good.

Then you're in for a nice story. The first couple of chapters really sets the tone for the rest of the manga.

Where'd you go?

Thanks, man.

4/a/ has a Yu-Gi-Oh dump tight now, so I'll be reading that.
We should have our own dumps, occasionally.

Kakushigoto, although I haven't kept up with it in a while.
It's by Koji Kumeta (Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Joshiraku).
Very wholesome and happy, a very nice breath of fresh air.

I wanted to start reading Mysterious Girlfriend X again except raw this time around

I heard Toriko is ending soon, so I started reading it.
Also, I caught up to Grand Blue, and it's easily the funniest manga I've read all year.

Do any of you manga nerds know anything about Inuyashiki? I don't really read manga very often, but I'd heard amazing things about it, and indeed, Inuyashiki is fantastic. However, I've only read the first three volumes so far, and it's starting to feel like it might just carry on indefinitely, which is something I don't really like when there is clearly meant to be a plot.

NHK ni Youkoso.
The novel is better than anime, highly recommend.

Just finished Sumire 16 Sai. Fucking amazing. I totally recommend it.
Before that, I was reading Sakuranbo Syndrome.

Which was also good.

Yeah. The novel is really well written, and I feel like the manga and the anime just sorta miss the mark on a lot of things. I think my favorite part is where they set up a бомба. That whole part really speaks to me. I should reread it again soon...

Reading Mushishi after I finished watching it, pretty nice, but some of the scans are poor, since they scan both pages at once, so I miss any text in the middle.

Just finished Dungeon Meshi, it was good. Now reading Urusei Yatsura. Should I take the time to actually watch it, too?

Stumbled on it while surfing and it's quite nice

Reading Cromartie Highschool, it's fucking hilarious.

Parallel Paradise. Its by the guy who did Elfen Lied, and is quite possibly the trashiest thing I've read that isn't a straight-up hentai. Still pretty hot though.
More recently I got caught up with Otomou Sensou, which is okay, but somewhat clumsily written.

The only real series i'm reading is yotsuba&, very slowly.
However, I recently read a touhou dojin I really liked, about parsee. "Green Eyed Monster", by takatora.

picked up the reprint of love hina when i was in glorious japan. im halfway through. so far it looks like a standart harem story and the MC, keitaro, is a fucking bitch, as always. i can still relate to him a little though, i have been a NEET for a year after high school as well. also the girls are cute. might finish it

I remember reading this one years back when I was younger, and I still regard it as THE mid-2000s harem story, the one everything else takes after in some way. Whether this is the truth or not is unclear, as I avoided most mid-2000 harems.

yeah it feels like all the tropes are tired and retarded but you cant blame love hina because it came up with them

or maybe it didnt who knows

Reading Vinland Saga. Pretty great.
I'm glad it's not just an edgefest, like I expected. Love Full Eyes, he's the best.

Currently following Kaguya and Go-Toubun, but I've also been getting through BLAME! and I finished Fire Punch a while back. It was a hell of a ride and I loved every second of it.

After Vinland Saga, I started reading Historie. I just wish the art was better.
But I love reading it and then playing a game as Macedon taking over Greece.

If you're asking because you're learning Japanese then Yotsubato is pretty classic reading material for beginners.
