I usually use HS because I can find a decent balance between their speed and the sub accuracy, which is not perfect 100% of the time, but I like watching seasonal anime the same day it comes out and working on my backlog when there isn't much to watch.

I also recommend doing your daily reps if you aren't so you don't have to depend on subs.
