So what have you guys been watching?
I'm watching Pripara, Mahoujin Guruguru, Pripri Chii-chan and Build. I just watched episode one of Infini-T Force and it's pretty rad! The only one of them I know is Casshan, though. Also watched Pop in Q like last week.

I haven't really had much time to watch anime but I've picked up Kekkai Sensen, Ousama Game, Gintama, Iyanushaki, Blend S and Mahoutsukai no Yome. I didn't manage to watch the first episodes of the last to till the end though.

File: [HorribleSubs] Houseki no Kuni… (JPEG, 76.64 KB, 1920x1080)
I'm following 20 new shows this season so far. The three I like the most so far based on two or three episodes:

>Houseki no Kuni (Land of the Lustrous)

The characters are all based on gems and their properties. Phosphophyllite, the heroine, is not allowed to fight because she is too brittle (Mohs scale hardness of 3.5/10), while Cinnabar is poisonous and has to isolate herself from others. Not much about the story or setting has been elaborated on so far, but there are strange beings that come down from the moon and try to kidnap the gems, hence the fighting. By the way, the manga this is based on predates Steven Universe. Another thing is that this is fully or nearly fully 3D animated, but I think it looks very good.

>Netojuu no Susume (Recovery of an MMO Junkie, i.e. the opposite of the Japanese title for some reason)

The main character is a 30 year old woman who does what most only dream of, and quits her office job to stay at home and play an MMO instead. She makes a male character, and meets a female character who unbeknownst to her is a man in real life. They also coincidentally meet IRL, but of course don't know who the other is.

>Just Because!

A slow-paced youth drama that goes for a realistic, natural style. It's very good but there isn't that much to say about it here.

>Inuyashiki: Last Hero

The hero this time is a downtrodden 58 year old salaryman with a wife and daughter. He is told he has a few months to live, and while he is crying to himself in a park at night, he notices a young man standing next to him. They are then both instantly obliterated by an alien ship that probably missed its warp destination, but fortunately the aliens reconstruct both of them as androids--weapon units powerful enough to destroy the planet. The old man wants to use his new-found powers for good, but the young man unfortunately is a psychopath. From the author of Gantz.

>Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryouko (Girls' Last Tour)

It's about two girls going on a road trip with no destination through the post-apocalyptic ruins of some ambiguous future or alternate reality. Despite such a premise it's a slice of life show and also somewhat similar to Kino's Journey (incidentally the new adaptation of Kino is pretty bad so far, even if it looks good).

>the three
Or more like the five. I don't know why I wrote three.

How can you watch so many shows at the same time? I have trouble watching even one.

Since there's one episode per week per show and they don't all come out at once, it doesn't become overwhelming to watch that many shows.

I checked out Inuyashiki. I usually watch only comedies and lighthearted shows so something like is quite intense. I felt for the old man and the family that that guy killed (I-I was just cutting onions!).
Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou too was nice. I like stuff set in desolate lands (I haven't seen or read many tbh) where nothing happens between conflicts or at all. I haven't read the manga so I dunno how it goes but I hope there's no random drama thrown in. A few shows I like have that and it's annoying.
I guess I'm watching seven shows now

Just a heads up that you don't need to watch Animegataris. It's a very ordinary school life anime and nothing unusual happens in it.

I just recently decided to give boku no hero academia a fair chance.
I didn't have any good or bad expectations from it, I have also never read the mangas so I was going in full noob.
the first episode was very, very boring. but then the second episode managed to gain my interest, and by the third one I was hooked.
I've only seen the first season so far, and so far, I like it. its way better than the typical, generic main stream shounen.
also, I think Tsu is very cute
