Have you ever used the DeepCreamPy decensor thing? https://github.com/deeppomf/DeepCreamPy
The second version is supposed to be released sometime this summer.
It uses a neural network thingie and your graphics card to decensor line censors. The next version is supposed to add better support to mosaics.

And here is the output. It needs some touching up, but it's pretty dang impressive. It works pretty well on penises, too.

Can't try it since it's Win64 only but it seems like a good base to work off on. I wonder how it would handle a challenge like pic related.

It's for any OS, win64 is just for the pre-built binary.

Unfortunately, V2 was released and it turns out it's just for the people with all those fancy programming... programs. The binary hasn't been updated.

Yeah, it's pretty rough. It may not look like it, but I did run it on this image. That's some extreme censoring there, however, so I guess you can't expect it to perform miracles

Seems like it needs to work off the surroundings, since it managed to fill in the lines for the thigh and hand. Extreme censoring where you can no longer see any outlines of the original image won't seem to work.
