Let's just make the spoiler image as NSFW as possible

Because jpg thumbnails are pretty much always going to be smaller, even for png images aren't they?
So because of that it's just easier this way so the image expansion feature can easily tell the real filetype just by chopping off the jpg extension in the thumbnail.

You can pretty much ask for stuff wherever right now since I'm trying to read everything. But if you want to be sure I'll see it you can always just email me.

Add week-long archive.
Add next page and previous page buttons next to the 1-10 list at the bottom of a board.
Fix how /all-ho/ just makes a mixed board of /all/ and /ho/, instead of /all/ minus /ho/.
Also, you should add the ability to move threads between each other on the watcher, and add a little table where you can select what boards you want on top, and if it goes by oldest OP on top, or on bottom, oldest total thread, most replies, Etc., or not having that at all, sorting it yourself.
And the catalog should be able to sort by age, by post count, and by last post, as well as bump order.
Add some other /all/ like boards, like /japan/, /computers/, /miscellaneous/, /porn/, if you add more porn boards, Etc. Like how /all/ displays posts from all boards, /japan/ would display posts from all of the boards under the Japan section, Etc. The link to these boards should be the black bold name above them, instead of a new dot under All's dot.

This is from my taba fixes Word document, some suggestions I've seen around and liked, minus the ones that you've already done.

Subtracting boards already works, it just calls it a mixed board. You can easily test it by just looking at which board the top thread on /all/ was posted from then go to /all-thatboard/ and you'll see it disappear. Also you can subtract as many boards as you want.

As for the different types of all-boards, it might take some work because in order to reduce database queries when you visit /all/ it doesn't actually search for all the threads. Instead /all/ builds up its own list of threads as they are made.
So I'd have to write some script to search the database for all the Japan threads and add them to a new board list.
Alternatively I could just have it link to something like >>/a+ma+jp+d+ni/

I'll try to do some of your other suggestions in the next day or two. Thanks.
