One good ending for each girl, and a couple bad endings for each. Also a joke ending with guy. I actually have not 100%ed the visual novel as my save was wiped out.
The VN is very helpful in telling you about every scene you have and have not completed yet. It will also inform you when you've 100%ed.

I think Emi's route is the first for most people since it's so easy to get into. In my opinion, it's also the very best route; there was just something to it that all the others lacked. Hanako is my favorite girl though.
