I was going to say Horihone Saizou, but remembered most of his stuff is not self published, so I guess that doesn't count. He's still probably my favorite manga artist though. Maybe Minori Kenshirou. Shiruka Bakaudon and Harasaki are both very nice. I don't know Tokuni Mirashichi, but you like Harasaki so you must have good taste, so I'll check it out.
