I believe that smaller chans (like this one) should develop their own culture first then advertise (although the shilling of this site on 4chan somewhat helped). Since this imageboard has a decent amount of population already, it's best to start now while refugees from 4chan are looking for new chans. Then they would assimilate to this site's culture. (If it's ever going to have one) Basically, just let them come to this site rather than you going for them.

the design is kind of ok, as it's a morph between 2ch and 2chan. the only problems so far would be fonts, as we have different sizes everywhere and arial doesn't even mix well with a 2ch/2chan design. the second problem is the sidebar, which has bullet points for christ's sake, just make it a list
