Why do people who don't have children hunt down lolicons? Literally why do they even care. Did a famous ytuber tell them to do it

4chan allows lolicon/toddlercon porn on /b/ and they haven't gotten into trouble for it. You know the kind of person Hiro is, if it was truly a problem he would have stamped it out ASAP.

What are some good technical or nonfiction books you've read? I recently read Unix Power Tools, and it was quite enjoyable: most of the authors used a nice, lighthearted tone.
I'm planning to read SICP sometime this year.

I read Paul Graham's On Lisp. It gave me a better understanding of macros, and examples of how to pile abstraction layers on top of each other to build amazing stuff. It also dispelled my doubts and showed me that Common Lisp really isn't for me - I'm more of a Scheme person.

More recently, I read O'Reilly's Network Warrior. Being familiar only with home/SOHO networking equipment, I feared it'd be out of my league, but instead I found a very accessible book, that explains all the required background without patronizing the reader or dumbing things down, crammed with useful info both theoretical and practical. If you're interested, try to get the second edition, as the first has a fair number of errata.

And now I really should be getting back to SICP sometime soon.

Dude this game is scary as fuck. Have you ever bought it on release? Mario was falling through the ground every ten seconds due to the game being rushed because they needed a Mario game out so the GC would stop selling like horse shit. And then when you die you'd have to listen to that scary ending with those clown honks and the blood red "GAME OVER" text, and our favorite plumber would scream "THE HORROR" all muffled and distorted like. The beta looked better than the actual game.

(Also why the fuck was he sitting in jail crisscross apple sauce style like he was praying to kami? He could've sat on the bed)

There was this guy that made weird videos with random BGM and voice clips from anime and random Japanese media with these weird "paper cutout/doll animations"from said content with loads of lewd and toilet humor. Had a bunch of yuru yuri stuff, some nyarko-san and a bit higurashi. It had its own style from the usual MAD.

I think I have an SD card around somewhere with some of it saved that could help me track it down later when I got time, but perhaps someone recognize what I'm talking about.

Considering CloudFlare's particular way to conduct their business (block Tor without asking, do a MitM against HTTPS) is such that you could instead assume they're trying to fuck the Web up on purpose and still get a surprisingly accurate model of their behaviour; and considering that their business model is essentially the same as a protection racket's; do you think they're launching their own DDoS attacks against big sites in order to persuade them of the necessity of hiring their services, or do you think there's enough DDoSs going on already that they haven't had the need to do that yet?
Anonymous (Mon)Sep 09 2019 20:59:45
And here we have yet another example of Anon deciding that something is 100% pure evil because it did a singular bad thing once.

I see your point. I think of them mostly as a DDoS protection service and forget other aspects, but indeed you can hardly serve cached content if you can't decrypt the packet to know what's being requested.
